The importance of Link Directories, especially free link directories...

Many people know about link directories. They are talked about everywhere from YouTube to MySpace. On the internet, and with mostly every search engine, they assign pages a kind of "trust rank" I call it trust rank and not page rank, because page rank is a public variable that google is reporting to regular users. Google also has another rank, mostly referred to as trust rank, this is what gives your pages your real ranking. How is it decided? Mostly the same way page rank is....by how many links you have on other peoples pages through out the whole internet. The better the trust rank thier site is, will determine how much that particular back link helps you.This is why on some directories they charge a price for posting ANYTHING.
